„Nachkommin“ ist vollkommen korrekt. Aber es ist in der weiblichen Form ungewohnt. Die Alternative Nachfahrin hat dasselbe Problem, vielleicht nicht so ausgeprägt. Im Englischen ist das unbestimmt. Wenn wir das nachbilden wollen (ich weiß nicht, wie sich das serbisch verhält), böte sich das undifferenzierte ‚Abkömmling‘ an, das Geschlecht erschließt sich aus dem Kontext. ‚Spross‘ bietet das auch, ist aber vielleicht wörtlich-semantisch weiter weg.

„Nationen“ ist nicht die Entsprechung. Es wäre wohl ‚Völker‘, wobei, wenn es dezidiert das Volk Israel ist, dann ‚Stämme‘. Völker taucht aber auf.

„Geh aus von deinem Land“; es wäre besser „von“ zu streichen; die eigentliche Präposition wäre … aus ‚aus‘ …, die Übersetzungen lassen es i.d.R. einfach fallen. Luther sagt außerdem „Vaterland“.
